- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 whole pumpernickel bread and 1 whole rye bread
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach in colander; squeeze out all water. Mix mayo, sour cream, soup mix, chopped water chestnuts, onion, salt and pepper.
