  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. sour cream or 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

    Cook spinach to thaw 3 to 4 minutes.

    Drain spinach; squeeze out excess moisture.
