- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions

1Thaw spinach and drain until dry.

2(Use strainer and press spinach with a spoon, then drying in a paper towel.)

3Slice chestnuts.

4Combine all ingredients well.

5Place in 2-quart casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350° or until it bubbles. Serves 8 to 10.
