Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Thaw spinach and drain until dry.

    (Use strainer and press spinach with a spoon, then drying in a paper towel.)

    Slice chestnuts.

    Combine all ingredients well.

    Place in 2-quart casserole dish and bake 45 minutes at 350° or until it bubbles. Serves 8 to 10.
