- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Directions

1Set aside 1/2 cup stuffing mix. After draining spinach, mix all ingredients gently. Put into 2-quart casserole.

2Top with the 1/2 cup stuffing mix and 2 tablespoons butter.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
