- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
- crushed croutons
Directions

1Cook spinach until just tender.

2Drain well.

3While spinach is draining, saute onion in butter about 5 minutes.

4Mix onion, soup, celery, spinach and a few whole croutons.

5Put mixture in buttered casserole.

6Top with crushed croutons.

7Bake uncovered in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
