Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 (8 oz.) mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can celery or mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 lb. Mayorelli cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach

Directions

    Brown beef, onions and garlic.

    Add mushrooms and spices. Cook spinach until very dry.

    Strain or squeeze water out.

    Mix with soup and sour cream.

    Add meat.

    Mix well.

    Bake in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
