- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1/3 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 stick oleo
Directions

1Drain spinach.

2Melt oleo and blend with flour.

3Mix all other ingredients with flour mixture and add to eggs, a little at a time.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350° in a greased pan.
