Spinach Casserole

- 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
- 1/4 c. coarsely cut walnuts
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions on package.

2Drain well and cool.

3Mix with other ingredients.

4Place in 2-quart casserole.

5Chill at least 1 hour.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
