- 2 pkg. spinach, chopped
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions.

2Drain well; press most of the water out.

3Mix softened butter and cream cheese; combine with spinach.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 325° until heated through. Can be used as an appetizer or a side dish.
