  • 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese, any kind
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine

Directions

    Thaw and drain spinach. Cut butter or margarine into pieces. Beat eggs until frothy. Cut cheese into cubes. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
