- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- sharp cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach well.

2Beat egg yolks; mash cream cheese and add to hot soup.

3Add spinach, beaten egg whites and Parmesan cheese.

4Put in casserole dish; top with cheese or French fried onion rings.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
