- 3 pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Saute onion in oleo.

3Add onions to spinach and other ingredients except artichokes which have been cut in half and lined in a 3-quart casserole.

4Pour spinach mixture over artichokes and bake at 350° until bubbly.

5Serves 16.
