Spinach Casserole *

  • 3 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Saute onion in oleo.

    Add onions to spinach and other ingredients except artichokes which have been cut in half and lined in a 3-quart casserole.

    Pour spinach mixture over artichokes and bake at 350° until bubbly.

    Serves 16.
