- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Chop, cook, drain and cool spinach.

2Combine 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 stick of softened oleo, 1 pound small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 pound grated Cheddar cheese and 1/4 teaspoon salt and add cooled spinach.

3Add 3 tablespoons flour.

4Mix well; pour into greased casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
