Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and reserve liquid
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. spinach juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 3 oz. Velveeta hot or medium Mexican cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Melt oleo and add flour, spinach juice, milk and onion.

2Cook until thick.

3Add seasonings and cheese.

4Stir over low heat until cheese melts.

5Add spinach.

6Set in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.

7Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
