- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Soften cheese and butter in a casserole dish.

2Cook spinach enough to thaw and drain.

3Add hot spinach to cheese/butter.

4Add lemon juice and mix well.

5Cover top with cracker crumbs.

6Place a few small dollops of butter on top of cracker crumbs.

7Bake uncovered at 350° until hot (about 25 to 30 minutes).
