Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt to taste
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. herb dressing mix

Directions

    Cook spinach according to package directions.

    Drain; add cream cheese and 1/2 of the stick of butter.

    Mix well and add salt and Tabasco sauce.

    Pour into casserole dish and top with herb dressing.

    Pour remaining melted butter over.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated.
