Spinach Casserole

  • 3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach. Add sour cream and onion soup mix to spinach.

    Put in casserole.

    Melt margarine and add crumbs and cheese to margarine.

    Pour over top of spinach.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
