Spinach Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • buttered stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook spinach and onion for 5 minutes.

    Drain well.

    Put in colander and mash gently.

    In large bowl, combine soup, cheese and mayonnaise.

    Add spinach and egg.

    Top with buttered stuffing. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
