Spinach Casserole

- 1 1/2 lb. spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- salt to taste
Directions

1Clean fresh spinach as needed.

2Chop.

3Cook as recommended until tender.

4Remove spinach from heat.

5Drain thoroughly.

6Return to pan and add garlic salt and cream cheese.

7Stir until cheese is melted and blended with spinach.

8Place spinach and cream cheese in buttered 6 x 10 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.

9Spread bread crumbs and 6 dollops of butter or oleo on top of spinach.

10Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes.
