- 3 c. finely ground herb stuffing
- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain until very dry.

2Combine with remaining ingredients.

3Roll balls in palm of hand to the size of an egg yolk.

4Place in pan and freeze.

5When ready to use, set out and thaw for 5 minutes before placing them on a lightly greased tin. Bake at 325°

6for 25 minutes.
