Spinach Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 c. finely ground herb stuffing
  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain until very dry.

    Combine with remaining ingredients.

    Roll balls in palm of hand to the size of an egg yolk.

    Place in pan and freeze.

    When ready to use, set out and thaw for 5 minutes before placing them on a lightly greased tin. Bake at 325°

    for 25 minutes.
