Spinach Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 2 c. packaged stuffing mix
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Make sure spinach is squeezed out well.

    Combine all ingredients and shape into small balls.

    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in 325° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or wrap unbaked balls in wax paper and freeze until needed.
