- 8 fish fillets (any white fish)
- 1 pound of raw spinach
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt/pepper to taste
- Goat cheese
- 10 oz. of sour cream
Directions

Hold it in place with a toothpick.","2":"3) In a blender or food processor, mix remaining spinach with sour cream.","3":"4)Place fish in a microwave dish and pour sauce over them.","4":"5) Cover with Kleen-Pack, prick it two or three times with a fork. Microwave for 6-8 min until done.","5":"6) Serve with chunky mashed potatoes.","7":"*Goat cheese can be substituted by cream cheese."}
