- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Pour into an 8 x 8-inch square pan that has been greased.

3Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
