Spinach Delight

Directions

   Remove wrapper from spinach box; place box in a flat baking dish.

   Pierce with a fork.

   Microwave at High for 7 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients.

   Add spinach and mix well.

   Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole.

   Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap.

   Microwave at High for 3 or 4 minutes or until casserole is almost set, turning once.

   Let stand 1 minute.

   If not set, continue in microwave briefly.
