Spinach Deviled Eggs

  • 1 dozen egg, hard cooked and peeled
  • 12 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, squeezed dry
  • 14 cup mayonnaise (I use low-fat)
  • 14 cup bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolk and mash with a fork.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Spoon spinach mixture into egg halves.
