Spinach Dip

  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. jar mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix (Knorr or Mrs. Grass)
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 whole loaf rye or pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except bread).

    Cut hole in center of bread, pulling out bread from inside to make hollow.

    Fill with dip and arrange bread pieces for dipping.

    Chill dip before serving, 2 to 3 hours.

    Better overnight.
