  • 2 c. mayonnaise or 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 to 2 bunches chopped scallions
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley

Directions

    Put all ingredients into blender.

    Serve in dish or inside loaf of pumpernickel bread that has been scooped out to form hollow middle.
