  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. bacon and onion dip (dry)
  • McCormick Lil Hot Sauce or Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Cook or microwave spinach and drain very dry.

    Pat with paper towels.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Good with vegetables or crackers and chips, or large loaf of bread, scooped out and use bread as dipper.
