- 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
- 1 (16 oz.) jar sour cream
- 1 (10 oz.) box chopped spinach
- 3 spring onions, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable mix
Directions

1Drain all water from spinach (squeeze).

2Add sour cream, mayonnaise, onions and vegetable mix.

3Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4Cut out center of loaf and stuff with dip.

5Serve with chips or crackers.
