- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. white onion, finely chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained thoroughly
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped coarsely
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in bowl.

2Refrigerate overnight. Cut center out of pumpernickel bread.

3Fill center with dip.

4Cut leftover bread into cubes.

5Set around loaf for dipping.
