Spinach Dip

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 Tbsp. white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained thoroughly
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped coarsely

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in bowl.

    Refrigerate overnight. Cut center out of pumpernickel bread.

    Fill center with dip.

    Cut leftover bread into cubes.

    Set around loaf for dipping.
