  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 180 g (3/4 of 250-g pkg.) Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 cups medium-size pasta, cooked, drained
  • 1 tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 6 Premium Plus Crackers, crushed (about 1/4 cup)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Cook milk and Velveeta in medium saucepan on low heat until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in pasta, tomatoes, peppers and seasonings.

    Spoon into 1.5-L casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
