  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce knorr dry vegetable soup mix (1 package)
  • 8 ounces canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
  • cut up vegetables or chips

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
