- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 pkg. Lipton garden soup mix
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach.

2Remove all the water and pat dry with paper towels.

3Crumble the spinach.

4Add finely diced water chestnuts, sour cream and mayonnaise.

5Add finely chopped onion and soup mix.

6Mix well.

7Put mixture into a covered dish and let stand for 8 hours in refrigerator or longer.

8Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
