  • 1 box Knorr country vegetable soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf round bread (pumpernickel, rye, etc.)

Directions

    Thaw spinach.

    Combine soup, chestnuts, onions, sour cream and mayonnaise and mix well.

    Squeeze excess water from spinach.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

    Cut top of bread out.

    Put dip inside bread.

    Serve with raw vegetables.
