- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Thaw spinach.

2Place in sieve and with back of spoon, press out excess water.

3Mix spinach with rest of ingredients.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.

5May be prepared in advance, up to 3 days.
