  • 10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. Knorr or Mrs. Grass' vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • garlic powder to taste
