Spinach Dip

  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
  • 1 small can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, drained well
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 green onion tops, chopped

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Chill. Cut off the top of a round loaf of sourdough French bread.

    Carefully hollow out the inside of the bread and cube it.

    Fill bread with dip mixture. Pass chips, crackers and French bread for dipping.
