- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. (8 oz.) Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts; rinsed will and coarsely chopped
- 1 10 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
- 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- chopped parsley or spring onion for garnish
Directions

1Combine soup mix, sour cream and mayo thoroughly.
