  • 1 box Knorr Swiss Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts; rinsed will and coarsely chopped
  • 1 10 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • chopped parsley or spring onion for garnish

Directions

    Combine soup mix, sour cream and mayo thoroughly.

    Light or fat free versions can be used when heavy hors d' oeuvres not required.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Let stand in refrigerator 8 hours to blend flavors.
