  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze dry
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable mix
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add vegetable mix, chopped sliced water chestnuts and 3/4 cup chopped green onions and add to mixture along with remaining ingredients.

    Mix and refrigerate 1 hour.
