Spinach Dip

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 pkg. Mrs. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 round pumpernickel bread

Directions

    Thaw and thoroughly drain spinach.

    Mix first five ingredients together.

    Refrigerate (overnight if possible).
  4. 4
    To serve, hollow center of bread and fill with spinach mixture.
  5. 5
    Cut bread from insides into bite size pieces and serve for dipping.
