  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion or dried minced
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 large loaf Italian or round bread

Directions

    Combine sour cream, chestnuts, mayo, soup mix and onions.

    Mix well.

    Add spinach.

    Cut small pieces, leaving just a shell.

    Use to dip all fresh veggies (bite size).
