  • 1 large round loaf dark rye or sourdough bread
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, squeezed dry and chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, cut up
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Hollow out bread loaf.

    Mix rest of ingredients and fill hollowed bread with dip.

    Take bread pieces, mound together and dip in mix.
