  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and drain
  • 1 large cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small chopped onion

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients and put in a crock-pot on low. Cook for 4 to 6 hours.
