Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 box Kerr's vegetable soup dry mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 loaf (not sliced) pumpernickel bread (or you may dip Wheat Thins)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (not bread).

    Refrigerate 24 hours.

    Cut off top of bread and tear out insides.
  4. 4
    Tear into pieces to dip. Put filling in bread.
