  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed (squeeze water out)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 (1 lb.) loaves round rye bread

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except bread.

    Hollow out inside of 1 loaf of rye bread.

    Put dip in bread.

    Use excess bread and the other loaf of bread for dipping.
