  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (defrost & hand squeeze moisture out of spinach)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 loaf rye bread, unsliced

Directions

    Mix onion, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix and water chestnuts together.

    Slice off top half of uncut loaf.

    Cut or tear out middle of bread and chop or tear into bite size pieces.

    Fill bread hollow with dip.
  5. 5
    Arrange bites of bread around bread bowl with dip.
