- 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- Rita crackers (optional)
Directions

1Mix leek soup and cream cheese.

2Rinse spinach and drain.

3Add spinach to cream cheese mixture.

4Cut circle in top of loaf and hollow out center.

5Spoon dip into loaf and serve with bread torn in dip size pieces.

6Also, you can serve with Ritz crackers.
