  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions

    Stir dry soup into spinach thoroughly.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.

    Chill and serve with baked corn chips, pita chips, raw vegetables and crackers, etc.
