  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (uncooked)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • parsley flakes
  • juice of 1 lemon

    Thaw spinach; drain.

    Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.

    Chill and serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables. Yield: 3 cups.
