Spinach Dip

  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped

Directions

    Put the 2 packages of frozen spinach in colander and run warm, not hot water over it until it has completely thawed out.

    Squeeze all the water out of it and place in a bowl.

    Mix in the soup mix, sour cream, mayo and chopped water chestnuts.

    Mix well and store in refrigerator.

    Serve with Hawaiian bread.

    Put dip in cut out section of the middle of the bread.
  7. 7
    Break off the pieces of the bread and place around the dip.
